Watch your temp on the oil, they taste better when they are a golden crunchy brown. The gravy is amazing if you don't overcook the patties. I doubled the recipe for sandwiches the next day on toasted 21 wholegrain bread with a hint of mayo and generous slices of perfectly ripe and juicy hot house tomatoes. Or individually wrap them in wax paper after they've cooled and freeze them for a future quick dinner idea!
