Cowboy Casserole
"Quick, easy, healthy and good! Leftovers were already spoken for. I do bake the biscuits outside of the casserole as they tend not to get done all the way and then add them once baked and sprinkle cheese on top. I have found that the baked beans and BBQ sauce vary the taste alot depending on brand and style."

No Bake Cheesy Skillet Lasagna
"Made this tonight bc I wanted to try the Soup Starter also. I had a hard time finding the specific one but Walmart superstore carries it and it was pretty cheap. I used frozen veggies in place of just the red peppers and onions. It was quite good. I grated swiss cheese on the top. Everytime I make something new, we take a vote and it got 3 thumbs up!"

Chili-Mac Soup
"I changed it up a bit with what I had on hand and used ground chicken and a box of Lasagna Hamburger Helper. Was wonderful and leftovers are already spoken for. Had good flavor with the sauce mix and I added some cheese on top. Very easy to make and much healthier too than the ground beef!"

Sausage and Potatoes Italiano
"Quick an easy...the best! I agree slightly salty but I don't usually use any salt. I'm sure ground beef would be good also. I added some cheese on top and used regular onions instead of the green."

Biscuit-Topped Chicken and Cheese Casserole
"Needs a little tweaking for me and child but hubby liked it. I think the extra soup and biscuits on the side would have worked much better. Won't be a favorite but a possible if I have everything on hand and will throw in some other veggies too. "

Beefy Italian Ramen Skillet
Rating:
Very good as usual. Have made this before and this time I added some corn and used a prebrowned and frozen mix of sausage and ground turkey. Went quicker to this already simple recipe. The sausage was slightly spicy and added a good mix of flavor with the pepperoni. I totally forgot the cheese on top so I just used parm cheese. I did only use 1 ramen noodle package instead of 2 and thought it was plenty. Will definitely add some onion or hot peppers next time

Pork Chops in Country Onion Gravy
Rating:
5 stars! This is the second time I made this recipe. Again, no complaints from anyone. Boneless chops, mashed potatoes and gravy with a side of corn. This is quick, easy and a keeper. I had to keep it warm when hubby arrived late and just added more broth. It was still wonderful and very forgiving. Even my son who doesn't like gravy on anything, put some of his potatoes.

Hamburger Divan Skillet
Rating:
Very good and will make this again. For this already quick recipe, I pulled browned hamburger out of the freezer and put it in the skillet with ingrediants for homemade alfredo sauce (fat free cream cheese, milk and chicken broth) much faster and I like this better. I left out the mushrooms due to a finicky child and added in some corn with the rest of the veggies. Served with some french bread and we have a well balanced meal. I would recommend this recipe...very quick and easy to make. Add more spaghetti if you need more servings. Will try it with chicken next time.

Chicken Paprika Shepherd's Pie
Rating:
Absolutely would make this again. Easy and very good. Sour Cream makes the gravy so good. Of course of all the ingrediants I didn't have, the paprika! It was still very good and the few leftovers were eaten the next day for lunch.

Buffalo Chicken and Potatoes
Rating:
A+, I made this last night and it was quite good. I marinated the chicken in a bag for about half an hour then proceeded with the recipe except used cream of Chix instead of celery. Next time I would add more cheese but other than that...this was wonderful! Only a little bit left after 2 of us ate it but we have leftovers for lunch this week!
