"The flavor was good. The muffins were simply too dense to be a muffin. They were more like a pound cake. I added some cinnamon to the chocolate icing drizzle and that was delicious. I might try them again sometime when I have time to really work with the recipe a bit."

"These were not bad, but a little bitter and very heavy. They were almost more like a pound cake than a muffin. I added a chocolate and cinnamon glaze over them to add some sweetness. Not bad."
