Scary Spiderweb Cupcakes These were fun to make, but very time and muscle consuming. My husband had to come and help me roll out the gum drops. I followed the recipe exactly but should have purchased one more tube of black gel as the one they recommended only decorated half the cupcakes. I ended up melting chocolate chips and put them in a ziploc bag to pipe the rest of the webs. I think those cupcakes ended up looking better than the ones made with the gel. These got many compliments at a Halloween party and are very festive.

Chocolate-Orange Truffle Cake This cake was so wonderful that many people went back for seconds. The orange zest compliments the chocolate perfectly and the ganache was a very elegant addition for the frosting. The cake turned out wonderfully and seemed very impressive but was so very easy to prepare. It will definitely make a repeat appearance in the future :).
