"Absolutely loved this soup. Used yellow & green peas & smoked ham hocks, I added no addition salt, hocks had enough. When the soup was done I removed the hock and blended with my immersion blender. Couldn't have been easier. My husband generally does not like pea soup but ate this. It's a keeper."
