Irish Soda Bread
"Overall this is a great bread. My first real bread and my first one to knead lol. I di sorta let it cook a bit too long b/c i read a review that said it was raw after 35 min of baking and turned out a bit hard ouside but on the inside soft and warm! I luved it since its not sweet and more bread like then cake like. Plus even though it was hard outside it gave it a toasty taste and yea the rasins outside did get cgharred and hard but the ones inside were fine. Overall a great bread but will def get it perfect the second time :)"

Banana-Nut Cake
"Wow I was so scared it was gonna be too sweet but when i put it all together and took a bite w/ my om we both just screamed! It was SOOOOO GOOD! It was so moist and not too sweet just perfect! The frosting is delicious just like peanut butter only a bit sweeter and creamier. The cake is a hit and will def. be making this for my grandpa's birthday now i just have to wait for my dad to arrive so he can try it lol cause he is the one who decides if its too sweet or not but after tryin this he will def. fall in luv!"

Easy Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
"OMG I made this cake for my dad's birthday. I was so worried it was gonna be too sweet cause it had pineapple and even pineapple juice but when i finished baking it it was so DELICIOUS! It was not too sweet at all it was perfect. The aroma of the cake and the fruit and if u wanna make it even better I would put cool whip on top and place a cherry on top lol. If u really wanna enjoy this cake i would suggest eating it warm cause thats when it smelled the best. We ate it cold but it was just as good so moist oh and everyone went for seconds :)"
