"Between my daughter and myself, we have made these truffle brownies a couple of dozen times, at least. I have taken them to office and church functions, as has my daughter and twice she has taken them to her children's class for parties - they go over so well and they are so delicious and rich....so we cut them into more squares than normally would for most brownies - just a great go-to recipe we know will be well-received~"

"I want to rate it 4.5 but can only choose 40 or 5, so went with 4... VERY easy, fudgy. I added 6 oz of semi-sweet chocolate chips and used canola oil. Instea do fpowdered sugar, I rolled them in some coarse-granulated sugar I had left over form December Chirstmas baking. Came out great. so, am thinking what other variations would do? Nuts, of course (toasted walnuts or pecans w/rich choc flavor), also could add a little expresso powder....or swirl in some crunchy peanut butter....yes, will be trying osome other things..."
