Praline Crumb Caramel Cheesecake Bars
I originally made these for a cookie swap and received rave reviews and requests for the recipe. They are fantastic!! I used sweet/salty pecans from the ice cream cone section at the store that I chopped up. I also used foil to line the pan for easy removal to cut into squares and make them the evening before and refrigerate overnight then drizzle the caramel on and cut the next day. That was easier for me than having to cool them the same day. These are definitely in my use all the time recipe book now.
