Luscious Lemon Squares I made this for the first time and it was TOO SWEET and not LEMONY enough. If there were a way to add less sugar and more lemon, this recipe would be great! I used a glass 8x8 pan and I had to pry the bars out, making it look less appetizing... Mine also had a sugary crust to it, which I didn't like particularly. If I made this again, I would reduce the sugar in the filling, add more lemon, grease the pan, and made a water bath.
