Oven-Fried Chicken Tenders
"Made a double batch of this tonight for my family - so very good! I seasoned the flour & panko with a packet of ranch dressing mix (divided it between the flour & crumbs). It didn't need any dipping sauces at all, so crunchy outside, so tender outside & perfectly flavorful!"

Cranberry-Pistachio Biscotti
"These were closer to a sugar cookie bar than biscotti - next time I will just use 1 egg (follow the cranberry/chocolate chip biscotti recipe on this site). Also I used white chocolate chips in them instead of cranberries since I had no dried cranberries in the house. I think they will be better next time with less liquids/fats in them and hopefully it will be closer to "real" biscotti."

Peanut Butter and Jam Bars
"I too omitted the pb from the frosting and omitted the pb chips from the base. These were a big hit with the kids at our school's recent Pasta Dinner Event but the adults found them to be TOO sweet."

"Great recipe - have made them several times for our school's bake sales and they always sell out. They are a bit sweet - you may want to use a devil's food or dark cake mix in place of German chocolate."

Chocolate Chip Biscotti
"Oh my goodness, so good! I didn't drizzle them with melted chocolate, just sprinkled them with powdered sugar. They were a big hit at our school's bake sale and I plan to make them for Christmas. I am also going to make them plain (without nuts or cranberries) for my neighbor - I'll bet they'll be just as yummy!"

Cherries Jubilee Cheesecake Bars
Rating:
I made these last week and they were a hit! Couldn''t find cherry chip cake mix, used strawberry cake mix instead. I also added some chopped maraschino cherries and a tablespoon of its juice to the cheesecake batter, then topped the finished bars with a maraschino cherry half on each. They were both pretty and tasty!Next time I might try them with the rainbow chip mix for our upcoming bake sale!
