"Thank You! I have been wanting a recipe for corned beef that doesn't require boiling the meat - though the recipe doesn't mention cabbage, that seems to be a staple with corned beef. I plan to try this recipe but will put the cabbage under the meat to cook and will use fresh onions."

"Sounds very delicious, but not exactly a good choice for a diabetic - though I am sure a smaller portion would factor out within meal guidelines. (I plan to try it anyway, went out and bought asparagus and Swiss cheese!)"

"Not only do I plan to increase the amounts in order to have plenty for the game day, I plan to mix sour cream with the cream cheese - a favorite combination of mine.(I wonder if there are any left-overs how they would be for breakfast??) :o)"
