Cheesy Chicken Casserole
I thought this recipe was pretty good. I also used alfredo sauce instead of the cheese sauce and changed the veggies up a little.I also added just a pinch of cheddar cheese to the Bisquick mixture. I had a bit of trouble getting the topping to flake, so it was a little clumpy, but I did enjoy the taste and texture the topping added and would make this again.

Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
So delicious! I made quite a few substitutions, but they turned out amazing. The grocery store I went to was very limited in their soup selections, so I ended up using Progresso's chicken tortilla soup (18.5 oz) and Campbell's cheddar cheese soup (10 oz). I used the full can of both, which was great as it gave me extra sauce, which I loved. I also used flour tortillas instead of corn. These were so good and I can't wait to make them again.

Family-Favorite Macaroni and Cheese
I made this last night for dinner. I made two additions: more cheese and cubed chicken. This macaroni and cheese was good and very cheesy, but not as creamy as I would have liked. Even though this packs on the calories, I may try heavy cream or half and half in place of one of the cups of milk.

CHEESY CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE
I made this last night and made two changes based on the ingredients I had on hand. Instead of white rice I used jasmine rice (which is basically white rice anyway), and instead of mixed veggies I used frozen green beans and mushrooms. It turned out pretty well, but there wasn't much flavor. Using different veggies or seasonings may help with this. Also maybe a different soup instead of Cream of Mushroom may add more flavor. But this was super easy. I will probably edit and try again.

Taco Beef Bake with Cheddar Biscuit Topping
Like many other reviewers, instead of two cups of corn, I used 1 cup corn and 1 cup black beans. I also about 1/2 cup more cheese to the biscuit. I loved this! Even my boyfriend, who isn't the biggest fan of my cooking said he thought this was delicious and that he would eat it again. Plus, this was so simple to make and I had all the ingredients on hand.
