Cheddar Bacon Chicken Tenders
"Quick, easy and tasty. Yes, please season well! I pretty much doubled the topping, and added salt, pepper, onion salt and garlic salt, but onion or garlic powder would work too. I don't use a bag, it's easier to put the crumbs in a dish and press it onto the chicken, you get more topping on them that way. I also drizzled them on top with a little oil, it made them nice and crispy. Spraying them with Pam works too.. I baked them on a roasting grill pan, so I don't have to turn them, makes one less step! And I loved them with sour cream! "

Baked Apple Spice Doughnuts with Cinnamon Glaze
"These were pretty good. I didn't have a problem with the batter being dry. The only change I made was to add about a tablespoon of dark brown sugar and used a half cup of applesauce. Didn't have a doughnut pan, so used a mini muffin tin. It made 12 and I had just enough glaze for the tops. The glaze is a must, and adding the extra sugar crystals to the top really add to the flavor. "

"I consider myself a pretty good baker, but I had to give this a try for convenience. I was pleasantly surprised! These cupcakes couldn't be any easier, and if you use paper liners you won't even have a pan to wash! Slather on some whipped vanilla frosting and top with colored sprinkles. They were moist and delicious, and no one will ever know they weren't made from scratch! I'll be buying these again."

Zesty Zucchini Corn Cakes
"Loved these, so I'm glad I doubled the recipe! Instead of regular onion, I added chopped green onion, which I think made it much more flavorful. I used canned corn, which worked fine too. I also added about a cup of shredded cheddar, and fried them about 2 minutes each side in oil. Messy but worth it. Didn't use the tomatoes, instead mixed more green onion into sour cream and dolloped it on top - yummy!"

Spinach Fettuccine
Rating:
This was a good recipe. A lot of cleanup, but worth it. Make sure you follow the steps as written to get the sauce right. I might thin the sauce out a little next time, I think it had a bit too much flour and thickened up too quickly. Coats the pasta nicely but not sure how leftovers would work, as the pasta soaked up all the sauce. I thought the amount of spinach was perfect. Lots of extra cheese on top makes this a keeper!

Impossibly Easy Mini Pumpkin Pies
Rating:
These were pretty good. I made these when I tried the impossibly easy mini Greek burger pies, and my notes apply here too. Not enough to make 12 regular muffin sizes. Definitely double the ingredients or make 12 mini muffin size. Not as creamy as regular pumpkin pie, but an easy recipe to make when you have a craving for it! A big dollop of cool whip on top is a must.

Impossibly Easy Mini Greek Burger Pies
Rating:
These were really good. Couple of hints though - I used ground lamb, much tastier, and added some fresh garlic. Also, these amounts are not enough for 12 servings. I put 2 tbsp of the bisquick mix in, then divided the meat mixture between 6 regular muffin cups, then put another 2 tbsp of the bisquick mix on top. It made 6 nice full to the top pies. If you wanted to do these for a party appetizer, I'd use this amount to fill 12 mini muffin cups. But if you need 12 dinner servings, double everything. 2 of these were very filling, and we had some fresh cucumber cut into spears on the side, with some sour cream.. (Too lazy today or I would have made some Tzatziki sauce.) I'll be making these again for sure.
