"Fantastic meat-free meal! This recipe is very flexible - add more of what items you like; bump of the seasonings if it tastes bland; omit what you don't; make substitutions (broccoli for the green beans, for example) and enjoy! As a vegan, I leave out the yogurt. I told my sister I was making this for her visit this weekend, and she's excited! "

"wonderful, simple little dough balls - was a hit in my food science class! I also made it using cheddar cheese instead of parm., and everyone loved those as well. Also an eye-appealing treat - warm, golden brown with bright red sauce."
