"Recipe was boring and lacked taste. Too much bisquick breading - not enough filling, and I used a bigger pan!"

"The Apple-Cranberry stuffing on TOP of the meat was delicious, but there was too much liquid in the pot and most of the stuffing did not turn out. The meat (I used a turkey breast) was juicy and flavorful."

"I had to substitute basil for marjoram and the flavor was dull. While the meat was tender and juicy, the drippings were too oily for a good gravy or sauce. I would reduce the amount of oil next time."

"This is a quick and easy recipe. I had to improvise with some of the ingredients, substituting sour cream for mayo and using shredded swiss instead of monterray jack. I also threw in about 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes to kick it up a bit. Tasty!"

The finished product looks great (everyone asked where I bought it) but the flavor was dull. I rolled my log in parsley, but will try the nuts next time in hopes that it is more interesting.
