This makes a great economical pizza dough - I use this recipe whenever we want pizza and I don't have the time to make a yeast dough. The key is to use very warm steaming hot tap water and then mix immediately until dough is mixed into a soft sticky ball - the dough tends to be more sticky than a traditional yeast dough - so I drizzle a tablespoon or two of olive oil (reg vegetable oil can be used) over the top of the dough. Then I cover with a cloth and place in a warm spot next to the stove. Letting the dough rest 5 min. The olive oil makes forming the crust easier with few tears. spices or garlic can be sprinkled on the dough to enhance flavor.I hope this helps those that have troubles with this recipe - also it doubles nicely for a larger 16 inch pizza.
