"I made this the ither night and it was gone in about 10 minutes. I have to feed 4 hungry young adults so his is what I did. 3 lbs boneless chicken cut up 2 pkg taco seasoning 1 tsp onion powder (onion hater in the house) 2 tbsp oil for frying 6 eggs 3 cups milk 3 cups Bisquick 2 lbs shredded Jack cheese 2-10 inch cake pans or 1 large roasting pan, greased I sauteed the chicken, oil and onion powder in a skillet. When the chicken is almost done I add one package of taco seasoning and stirred a minute or two. Divide the chicken into the 2 pans or pour into the one roaster. Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick and the other taco seasoning until it is smooth. Spread The cheese over the chicken and pour the batter evenly over the chicken cheese mixture. Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees F or until tested done."

"Most men aren't picky so long as they have good hearty food that will fill themup. I suggest tacos, lasagna, beef stew, burgers, BBQ, baked chicken, pork chops, Spaghetti and meatballs, cold cut platters, thick soups like bean, split pea and clam chowder"
