Impossibly Easy Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake
"I made this on the spur of the moment for unexpected guests coming the next day and I didn't have the raspberries or jam, so I just sprinked the top with mini chocolate chips and I baked it in an 8" sq pan, I just added a minute or two for the baking time. It was a hit!"

Boston Cream Bites
"I bought the whipping cream - not my favorite thing to do since I don't use it for much else, but it said 3/4 cup, so I got it. But it was like chocolate milk, so I had to add so much powdered sugar to make it like icing so I could use it - certainly a mistake in the recipe. They were tasty, but lots of work; it made about 50, so I froze several and they are great out of the freezer. If I make them again, I will make them early and freeze them for later use."

Peanut Butter Truffle Brownies
"This could not have been easier or more delicious, every single one was eaten!! I decreased the butter and increased the peanut butter, as suggested, and they turned out perfectly! I am planning on taking these to the office party next week."

Chocolate-Topped Peanut-Toffee Bars
"This was very different and I was anxious to see how good it was. It was easy to make and it tasted good, but it was crumbly and fell apart easily. I got surprised looks when I told what was in it; but it was not an exceptional recipe and I will probably not make it again."

Karen J rated and reviewed the recipe
Taco Salad Dip
"I tried this for a party yesterday, it was very easy to make it ahead and just reheat the bottom layer at the party. I had mixed the sour cream mixture and chopped the lettuce, so it was quick and easy to assemble. My only concern was how to heat the leftovers, I suppose I would just take off the lettuce and put fresh on the reheated dip - but no reason to worry over that, the plate was scraped clean! This was just delicious, a real hit with everyone!"
