Frosted Bonbons (Cookie Exchange Quantity)
"Well, I just got done making these. Mine don''t look nearly as pretty as the picture, though :(.As the one poster said, I did have to reheat the chocolate in order to finish frosting the cookies. At one point, I just spread it on with a knife. I had to dip the ocokies into the sprinkles to make them stick as well. The white frosting recipe is not good; it comes out looking brown. I had to add red food coloring in it to get rid of the brown color. I think if you want white frosting, just get a tub of it and use that. Also, I think it would be easier to get a container of dipping chocolate chips to just zap and dip the chocolate covered cookies in. Now I have a box of 7 oz of unsweetened chocolate I don''t know what I''m going to do with!I think the end result cookie is a taste "5" looks "3" because of the decoration, and I gave it an overall "3" because of the frosting recipes."

Lumpy Pan Pizza
"I''m making this for the second time today. I''m adding a little more sauce then specified and I think next time I''ll leave out the pepperoni b/c my kids don''t like it. It was a little dry without "upping" the sauce b/c the biscuits really soak it up. It is tasty and different, though!"

Apricot Cheesecake Bars
"It was just "okay." I made this for a baby shower. I cooked as instructed but they came out kind of too firm and also they were difficult to cut in the pretty triangle that is shown in the picture. I probably would have been better off just cutting them into squares."

Easy Meatless Lasagna
"The taste of the lasagna was fine, but I followed the directions to a "t" and the noodles just didn''t cook enough. I think it needs to have more water added to the sauce and for it to cook longer than stated."

Potatoes and Chicken Fiesta
Rating:
It was okay, although, to me, it was too salty. My kids (toddlers) would not eat it, though. It was quick and easy to make.
