Boozy Bourbon Chocolate Cupcakes
These cupcakes are fantastic! I made a few minor changes that I think really helped. For the filling, I did not add any butter, and the heavy cream and chocolate thickened up nicely and quickly. Additionally, I made a vanilla frosting and added 2 tbsp of coffee liquer, instead of using vodka. This is going to be one of my favorite new dessert recipes and I will definitely be taking these to parties in the future!
