Cheesy Green Bean Casserole
"To be honest first: I totally changed this recipe but it was delicious. Same concept but I didnt want Thanksgiving so I used frozen broccoli instead of green beans and I used cheddar broccoli soup (cream of broc would be good too), a little poached chicken thighs, sprinkled in a little cheese and Frenches Fried Cheddar Onions and mixed well. I baked for about 40 - 45 minutes in total because I put the broccoli in frozen. It was delicious. I sprinkled on the rest of the fried cheddar onions and baked 5 more mins. Love it!"

Soft Molasses Cookies
"Awesome and seriously so easy to make! When you add in the second round of ingredients, the flour and spices, I was using a hand mixer and the dough basically looked like ground turkey. I kept using the mixer to get everything integrated well, then I used a spatula to sort of force the dough together, which did not take much effort, and then finally with my hands, I rounded the dough all together and made sure it was packed together nicely. This was really not a problem but just mentioning in case this happens to someone else and they panic, the dough will come together, just work it with your hands!"

Chili con Carne
"This was my first time making Chili and I loved this one! I used probably a tablespoon extra chili powder than called for and wayyyy more hot sauce. The amount of hot sauce called for in this recipe is basically pointless. I just shook a bunch in to the pot. It turned out spicy but not too spicy, it was perfect. I also used a can of crushed tomatoes since I couldn't find chopped and I think this lent to the Chili having enough liquid, unlike it did for some reviewers. Really it was perfect, super delicious and super easy, loved it and can't wait to make it again!"

Old-Fashioned Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies
"These cookies were great and simple traditional Oatmeal Raisin! It was my first time making Oatmeal Raisin cookies and it was very easy, and the batches cook up super quick. I thought they were basically perfect, I suppose they could be fluffier, and you could add more flour like other reviewers, I think that would make the cookies great too, but not being someone who knows how to properly tamper with a recipe, these tasted amazing just the way there were to me. Just a hint of cinnamon stands out in every bite, so yummy!"
