French Toast Casserole
"The taste of this is good. At least the taste of the part that cooks. The problem with this, IMO, is in the cooking method. It calls for you to overlap the bread slices, which means that the parts of the bread that aren't exposed (basically everything except the tops of the slices), doesn't brown. It stays mushy. If I were to cook this again, I would use two pans, so as to be able to lay the bread flat so it would all brown."

Italian Beef and Rice Skillet
"This just didn't have enough flavor. I thought with all the yummy things that were cooked in with the beef, it would taste great, but it just didn't come out that way. I made a different recipe the other day, also a beef & rice skillet type of dish, but it used regular long grain rice, and was cooked with beef broth. It was a much simpler recipe, but had much more flavor. "

Beef and Bean Taco Casserole
"Very tasty, and easy to make! Regular tacos can be a little on the messy side to eat, so this is a great way to get those taco flavors and be able to use a fork to eat it!"

Slow Cooker Barbecued Beans and Polish Sausage
"This is a keeper! Nice flavor to the beans, and easy enough to cut in half so it doesn't make quite as much. The kids said I need to cook two sausages with it next time instead of just the one."

Pumpkin-Spice Latte
Rating:
I'm sorry, but this had practically no flavor. Just too much milk for such a small amount of coffee. I even tried adding twice as much coffee as was called for, and it still didn't taste like much more than slightly pumpkin flavored milk. I like the concept, but I think I will try altering the amounts of everything before making it again.
