"I made this dessert to accompany my NYE dinner party. At first I panicked because the cookie had risen however it was fine once I pressed the cookie when it was done baking. Everything after that was great and easy. Next time I will make smaller servings or try the variation in the square pan for the smaller servings since it was a little too rich for everyone."
