Red, White and Blue Poke Cake
We've made poke cake for years-a favorite with strawberry, raspberry or lime jello-but we use plain cool whip for the frosting. If you make the pudding frosting, you don't need to add more milk to get rid of the clumps. Use a mixer on high to combine the pudding mix and milk for at least 2 minutes. Then fold in the cool whip. The directions should be clearer on this.
