"After chilling overnight, I added a jar of (I chopped) marinated artichoke hearts & their oil (as the dressing, adding a bit more "greek" dressing), julliened sun-dried tomatoes(in oil), crumbled fresh Feta. Along with suggested it DID "become" a 5-star that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Good "starter" recipe to tweak guys! Thanks for the idea though, it was a great chilled picnic side. Much better than the ol' stand-by "3-12 bean" salads!"

"I made these for eco-thrift meal. I got the bright idea of laying a medium Cojito slice in scant amount of batter, then smeared more batter after a few seconds on griddle covering cheese to edges. I chopped everything from japs to avacados. AWESOME! (Got left-over taco meat? Use it up.)Kids eat this stuff UP!"

"This was too beautiful to cut!, but we certainly did and it was devoured! I used peanut-butter cookie mix,(a household staple)and all dark chocolate chips, equaling the BOMB! Exercise, exercise, exercise!!!"

"This was basic. To get great "greek" flavor add 1/2 box of frozen/thawed/squeezed dry chopped spinach, sauteed with 1/2 a small chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. mint, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, salt/pepper to taste. Yes, season Bisquick mix with pepper."
