"I don't care for corn tortillas in enchiladas, I always use flour tortillas instead. The corn tortillas always get soggy. If you spray flour tortillas with a little Pam and then heat them slightly first, they don't get soggy at all and make great enchiladas!"

I don't care for corn tortillas in enchiladas, I always use flour tortillas instead. The corn tortillas always get soggy. If you spray flour tortillas with a little Pam and then heat them slightly first, they don't get soggy at all and make great enchiladas!
