"I am a vegetarian and I loved these! In addition to the other ingredients, I added a touch of oregano. I also used a 4 cheese blend instead of just the one called for. I chopped the pecans in the blender which seemed to work out well. I baked them in the oven as the recipe says and then placed them in my sauce, they were not at all dry, before or after the sauce. ( I couldn't resist and had to eat one right out of the oven) I will definitely make these again. 5 Stars!!"

"I loved this recipe! I am vegetarian, but my son is not, however, he loved it too. The only thing I added was celery and a 4 cheese blend. My son topped them with sour cream and salsa. Beautiful and delicious! Highly recommend!"
