Classic Baked Corn Pudding
Wow, this dish is delicious. I agree with SanDiego girl though. It is a bit eggy (not a real word). Next time I'll try it with only 4 eggs.
My variation was to use sharp chedder cheese and the suggested canned whole kernel corn not the frozen and did add sweet basil. Out of six adults, the 13x9 pan was 3/4 gone.
