Italian Pork Chops
I cooked these up about 30 minutes ago and have to say they tasted awesome! I think the cooking temp is an issue. I had mine on just above medium and they ended up burning a little before I needed to turn over. When they say "be careful turning over", they're not kidding. I had one pork chop that was almost skinned just from turning it. Overall they came out amazing, just gotta watch the temp.

Honey-Glazed Chicken Breasts
Recipe was simple to do up. I may have cooked the chicken too long. Different size pieces and all. Overall it wasn't bad. My glaze didn't come through on flavor too much. I made this recipe with 3 breasts, since that's what I found as packages. I was only cooking for 3 people anyway. So, maybe a little work at it next time will perfect it.

I am just getting the hang of this whole cooking from scratch thing. It's something I normally don't do. My mom has a recipe for meatballs I had attempted and failed. I came across this one and gave it one more shot. It was very easy to make and I had no problems. These came out awesome. I made the meatballs a little bigger than it called for, so I had half the amount. It still worked out just fine. I subbed garlic salt for the regular salt in the recipe. They came out great.

Wild Rice and Beef Casserole
I needed something quick and easy and this fit. No mess and came out pretty awesome. I substituted the wild rice with brown & wild rice from Uncle Bens. Still came out good.
