"I made these cupcakes with a twist. I made two truffle frostings, chocolate and white. I filled the cupcakes with white. Then I frosted the tops using a decorating tip with chocolate and tipped it with the left over white frosting. I then cut up hershey bars and stuck them in the center of the white tips. Hands down best cupcakes ever!"
