"The muffins are good, but a bit too "cakey" for a breakfast muffin. Using a mix that is "whole grain" might give them a bit more substance for breakfast. Definately a great "snack" treat! Super easy!"

"This is a great and easy recipe! My only suggestion would be to cook it in a 9x9 (not sure about cooking adjustments) since the bars seemed a bit on the thin side."
