Dilled Shrimp and Egg Salad Wraps I substituted a pre-made mustard/dill sauce found at my grocer''s seafood counter and added 1/2 the amount of mayonnaise- very good. Also added one whole ripe avocado which added some additional texture to the mix.While serving in a tortilla was nice, I wanted more crunch and made some simple crudites with it- serving on top of your favorite cracker, or even a tortilla chip with a bit of tabasco added was a nice change. I will definetly make this recipe again.
