"Hi, In the eighties, my family used to buy (when we had a little extra cash) these Fruit and Nut Bars from Publix. They were moist and compact, not fluffy like cake, they were actually dense. They were brownish in color and had assorted dried fruits in"

"As much as I love Bisquick biscuits, when I have time, I make biscuits from scratch. I found the recipe in a Cooks Illustrated cookbook. They are made with buttermilk and are so light and fluffy, my family often asks me to not cook anything with them"

"My mom only used it for biscuits, but the recipes on the back of the box were always so intriguing, so my first memory was wanting to try the recipes. When I married, my husband only ate the same 7 things every week, so it took me years to finally try"

"(1) I LOVE to cook. I am the family chef and spend alot of time teaching my nieces and nephew how to cook. They have been in the kitchen with me since they could walk (in a safe area of course) and at 11, 8 and 7 they are all quite helpful. My specialty"
