"I have been making this dessert for years and it's always a hit. I make it with equal spoonful instead of sugar and use the lower calorie brown sugar in the topping and it tastes just as good as with full sugar, but is better for you."

"I have been making this pie for years and have never had a negative review of it. I also use Equalspoonful instead of the sugar and Splenda Brown sugar for the topping just to save on the calories. Nobody ever knows the difference. If you had trouble the first time, give it a try again. I also changed the baking temperature to 350* for 1 hour and the topping seems to come out a little crunchier."
