"I LOVE slow cooker recipes and I have made the BEST dried beans in the slow cooker. I substituted hotdog type turkey sausage for the kielbasa sausage (which has MSG!), was glad I finally found the wheatberries which added significantly to heartiness and flavor, and added more spinach. Cooked for almost 10 hours and was PERFECT. Served 3 for dinner and made 4 nice lunches...HIGHLY RECOMMEND! "
