"This is my boyfriends absolute favorite cake and he doesn't have to eaten gluten free, I DO! But I have to make this for him all the time! It definitely takes the full 45min plus in my oven, but is soooo worth it! And I too use the pineapple juice from the slices in place of water. Phenomenomal!!!"
