Chicken Milano
"SO DELICIOUS! I modify it however. I use the Italian bread crumbs option, and cook in the skillet as directed. I just plate the chicken breast, spread some spinach leaves in a line over the chicken, top with diced tomato, and barely melted mozzarella cheese (I have an odd method of spreading shredded mozz on a non-stick covered plate, and microwaving it until it just starts to melt and then getting it off work a fork and stringing it on top) then I top with the Italian dressing. Have served it to different people several times always a hit, and great with potatoes. "

Ranch Chicken Tenders
"It was ok. I have made better ranch chicken, with plain and/or Italian bread crumbs. It was very moist though. "

Honey Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders
"I would not suggest making this recipe unless you are ready for a mess. It doesn't go as planned. As the first reviewer stated, the honey brown sugar mixture is very thick and goopy. I microwaved it for 15 seconds to make it more pliable. Shaking the chicken in a bag has never been easier for me and I have made dozens of breaded chicken meals. I just dip it in a plate or bowl of panko or crumbs. The brown sugar goop was all over the inside of the bag and it just wasted a lot. Tasted ok. Might be better with regular bread crumbs or an entirely different recipe. "

Surprise Cupcake Cones
"SO MUCH FUN TO MAKE AND EAT! Tips I learned: Bake the cupcakes in regular muffin tin with ice cream cone placed upside on each one. Bake with cones on. If you have to save them for more than a few hours, do not store them covered. I made some at night and the cones were getting soggy by lunchtime the next day. The ones I kept uncovered stayed perfect. I cut holes in paper plates for holders to transport them. You could also get some styrofoam at a craft store, or decorate a box and put holes in it."

Candy-Topped Cupcake Cones
"These are so much fun to make and eat! However, I learned some things. They turn out nicer if you bake the cupcakes in a regular cupcake pan, with the cone placed upside down on them. And don't store them covered if you have to keep them for a day. I made them at night and the cones were getting soggy and drooping by lunch time the next day. The ones I did not cover stayed perfect."
