Ant House Cake with Chocolate Mascarpone Frosting
"I made this cake for Halloween for work and it was a big hit. I used store bought icing, instead of making me own (since mascarpone is so expensive and I was taking it to work). But it still turned out great. This is a great cake to make with a child. Just know that when you make the cake, be extremely careful when icing because the cake is very delicate and moist due to the coconut and sprinkles in it. It crumbled on me but it was still very good. I'm definately making it again."

Slow Cooker Cheesy Bean Dip
"This is super easy to make and very good. But you should know that it is very very spicy. Spicy, but good."

Holiday Breakfast Bake
"We have made this twice now and it is really good. We've used the flaky biscuits and the homestyle and both are great. My boyfriend and I are going to add some seasoning to it to tweak it a bit.. but this is awesome, I highly recommend and it is so super easy to make."

Ham and Swiss Brunch Bake
"This was very good. We used the italian bread crumbs and it was great. Thou next time I will try it with colby/montery jack cheese because the swiss cheese is really over powering. But other than that, it was really an awesome dish. I will make this again with a couple tweaks."

Slow Cooker Family-Favorite Chili
"This recipe was ok. We used the beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce that was already seasoned for chili and added the seasoning, but it still needed more seasoning. I prefer a chili with more beans than this, next time we will use three cans of beans. Otherwise it is a very good, basic starter chili for someone who is still learning to cook."

Strawberry Topping
Rating:
This is so great! I made this to top a sour cream pound cake for work and everyone loved it. It was gone in no time and now everyone asks me to make it all the time. We use it on pound cake, pancakes, cheesecake, and french toast. It really tastes great.
