"After reading that this might be bland, I added a bunch of my house seasoning to the chicken. I also added in a red bell pepper with the spinach, for color and texture... and of course some garlic too. I did not wait for the liquid to boil away and I wanted more sauce so I added some cornstarch. Served with some cous cous, it was great!"

"I bake something new for my co-workers once a month, something I have done for a few years now. Everyone voted this one the best! It is not overly sweet, but the cherry/almond/cheesecake combo is simply perfect. I will for sure make them again"

"Instead of canned chili I used som leftover homemade chili. I also added a bit of salt/ pepper/ and garlic powder to the bisquik batter to make it less bland. The biscuit part comes out more of a loose batter, not thick like when you make biscuits, so do not worry about that. You also should eat it immediately so that the biscuit topping does not get soggy. Overall a nice variation on a chili dish."
