Swiss Chicken Casserole
I seriously doubted this recipe when I saw that they asked for full breasts, so before I even tried it, I changed to good-sized chicken tenders and followed the recipe (and my instincts) and it came out okay... It will need some adjustment before I add it to my box, but I will be using it as a springboard!

Skillet Chicken Parmesan
Thank you so much for the tip ChefLynnie917! I thought about that when I first read this recipe and it works! When making this recipe I follow that rule of thumb and it turns out beautifully!

Salsa Chicken and Rice Casserole
I did the same thing RACRESS and it turned out beautiful and light and yummy! I like cutting the salt out as much as I can without compromising on taste, so I used low-sodium beans and soup and it was still awesome! This one goes into the recipe box!
