I use Bisquick for everything from "Slug" dumplings (mix thick, roll out hard, and cut then drop in), to floater dumplings in a pot of chicken soup, to fish fry batter (2 cups of Bisquick, 2 tbsps of baking powder, one tsp of Paprika and 1 tbsp of Garlic Powder, 2 tbsp of Lemon Pepper season, Salt to taste, make it thinner than pancakes)! Bisquick pancakes and waffles are our family's favorite!!
