"This was a huge hit at my church coffee hour. I used fresh blackberries. I also topped with cinnamon sugar mixture before baking. "

"These muffins are both super easy to make (foolproof really)and super delicious. I made them exactly as described, except I got 18 muffins instead of 12. I used a 3Tbsp. scoop to fill the muffin cups and baked them for 14 minutes. I also used fat free sweetened condensed milk, because I had it on hand. I can't imagine they could taste any better with a full fat milk, so don't be afraid to use healthier milk options. I poked a few holes in them before putting the sweetened condensed milk on the top and I probably added more like 2 or 3 tsp of the milk on the top, letting each tsp soak in before adding more. I took them to my church coffee hour and they were a huge hit. They taste best warm from the oven, but you can also put them in the microwave for 10 seconds. Try them, you will love them!"
