"I have made this twice now and found it very easy to prepare. Definitely a hit with my family. I have made it exactly as written, but I think next time I might add some shredded carrots for extra veggies and take the advise of another reviewer and add some sauted onion. "

"Easy!!! Great recipe!!! The meat was very tender; however, my gravy came out a little off. Yet it was still quite tasty. This recipe was a nice change from my usual pot roast and I will definitely make it again as my family enjoyed. "
