Slow Cooker Curried Sweet Potato and Lentil Stew my family loved this recipe. I've only recently started fixing vegetarian meals and was afraid they would'nt go for it, but they absolutely loved it. my only change would be to add a bit more curry and garlic and perhaps shorten the cooking time as it did get fairly mushy. the house smelled wonderful and my husband said it was as good as some of the dishes we get at the indian restaurant we go to. my plain yogurt hating son loved the plain yogurt on it!!
