Gluten Free Banana Cupcakes with Browned Butter Frosting I made these cupcakes this morning and they were amazing! Just the sweet fix I was looking for. I added one banana, 1/2 cup of cinnamon applesauce (what I had on hand) and a little cinnamon. I skipped the homemade frosting and topped them with store-bought cream cheese frosting. They were very moist and tasted great warm. My non-GF family gobbled them up! My only complaint is that I can't stop eating them!!
