"This recipe was wonderful. It was very easy to make and it is so refreshing on a hot summer day! I used fresh strawberries on top and wasn't sure how it would blend with the lemon, but it was great! I wasn't sure where to find lemon curd but, I found it in the specialty food section of my local Kroger store. I will definately make this again."

"This was a good pot roast recipe but, my family still prefers the french dip recipe on this website instead. "

"This is a favorite at our house. I use two cans of beef broth and 2 packets of french onion soup mix. I also recommend using kaiser rolls from a bakery. They tend to hold up better when dipping. I usually slice them myself and toast them in the toaster before serving. I have made this for family and friends and it is a hit!"

"This is a keeper at my house. My husband and 15 year old son love it. Easy preparation. I may add a carrot or two next time. Great for the winter. House smells great when you come home from work!"

"Family loved this. I bought the thin sliced chicken, marinated it for a few hours, and baked it at 350 for 15 minutes before broiling. I didn't use tomatoes but I added Kalamata olives with the feta instead. It was great!"

Big hit. Served warm is best. The marshmellows, graham crackers, & chocolate were wonderful. A great way to have Smores even if no campfire is available.

Pretty good. I substituted vegetarian chicken for the real thing and I didn't use the dried onions. The green onions and garlic salt are a great part of the recipe but have some breath freshener handy after the meal.

So good. Try the substitution of veggie burgers and 1 cup of veggies, it "beefs" it up.
