Creamy Meatballs and Potatoes
Not bad! I'm glad I took the suggestions of those below. It was easy to make and tasty!
Based on the previous reviews, I added half a pkg of onion dip for flavor and instead of sour cream I used milk. The sauce was pretty thick so the milk helped better than sour cream would have. I couldn't find Cream of Onion so used Cream of Celery. The potato wedges can be found in the refrigerated section with prepared sides. Once I added everything to the skillet, I needed to cook all of this for about 15 additional minutes than listed and at Medium temperature rather than simmer. I probably should have cooked it longer or on a higher temperature. This made 3 hearty portions.
