"These are DELISH!!!!! I used a red velved cake mix and cream cheese frosting. YUM!!! Very sweet and rich. I took these to a BBQ today and were a hit. My nephews ate a ton of them. I did take the suggestions below about putting the frosting in a bowl and putting the warm cake right on top. Worked like a charm!. I did not let the cake cool off. Then I put it in the fridge. Worked well. Not too time consuming. This is a must try! This recipe makes a lot, so make sure you have people to eat them or cavities will be in your future :)"

"This recipe is excellent! I've made these cookies several times and have had several people ask for the recipe! What I love most about this recipe is that they stay thick even in a high altitude. I didn't have to make any adjustments. This is a have to try recipe! :)"

"This was an excellent recipe! I tried it for the first time on Monday and loved it! I did use more rice (1/2 c. instead of 1/4 c.) to keep it from being too runny for my liking. It has a great flavor to it and my husband who is a picky eater liked it as well. "

"This recipe was excellent! It is very rich and goes well with vanilla ice cream. I would highly recommend using parchment paper on the bottom of the springform pan. The brownie got stuck to the pan even though I greased. After I tried it with the parchment paper, it worked beautifully. This is a must try recipe!"
