Giant Ganache-Topped Whoopie Pie This came out even better then I could have imagined! Yes, the filling ran out but next time I'll make sure to put it immediately into the fridge. The Ganache and the filling both weren't sweet which can be a downfall for a lot of Whoopie Pies. My husband and son loved it and I've already got orders for 4 more from my friends LOL..that's a winning recipe in my book!

Snickerdoodle Bars I just made this for my son and he loved it!! Very easy to make the only suggestions I can make are when spreading the bottom layer I use a frosting spreader spatula. It made it much easier to evenly spread the batter then just using a spoon or regular spatule. I also used 3 1/2 tablespoons in the icing though I could have used more. The icing was rather thick but it worked. Overall I loved this. I love anything Snickerdoodle so I was all for this! I have a feeling my son will have me make this.. a lot!

Caramel Snickerdoodle Cake What a fantastic cake! The only thing I did differently was to eliminate the caramel on the top and instead I melted some butter and drizzled it over the hot cake and sprinkled more cinnamon and sugar over the cake. I love Snickerdoodle and this is the perfect twist on them! I'll be making this again and again and again!

Zesty Roasted Chicken and Potatoes I just made this for my family and it was outstanding! Even my very picky 12 year old son loved it. The chicken was so moist and the potatoes were very flavorful. This is a recipe that will be added to menu.
