This was the first cheesecake I ever made, and it was wonderful! I had so many compliments on it. Was a bit hesitant about the lemon pudding snak cups, but flavor was amazing, and cake was so creamy. Will be making again for Easter dinner. I did bake in a water bath to help keep top from "cracking".

Basil and Prosciutto Chicken
I prepare a very similar recipe - difference is that I pound the breast and roll with the prosciutto, cheese and basil pesto. Delicious!
